Delivery Information & Shipping Policy

WE AIM TO DESPATCH ALL ORDERS WITHIN 24HRS OF RECEIPT (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS)... 
WE WORK REGULAR HOURS HERE AT RIDEART, SO ORDERS RECEIVED ON FRIDAY EVENING THROUGH TO MONDAY MORNING WILL ONLY BE DESPATCHED FROM MONDAY. MAKE SURE YOU PLAN AROUND THE WEATHER FORECAST SO YOUR NEW KIT ARRIVES IN TIME!

UK, Scotland, Wales and N.Ireland

  • Light Weight Shipping (0-11.02lb) or (0-5kg) = £5.99
  • Medium Weight Shipping (11.03lb-22.05lb) or (5-10kg) = £9.99
  • Heavy Weight Shipping (22.06lb-44.09lb) or (10-20kg) = £24.99             

UK Deliveries

Deliveries will be made on normal working days, Monday to Friday, and will usually occur between 8.00 am and 6.00 p.m. Delivery on Saturday cannot be guaranteed.

Whenever possible, goods will be despatched by within 48 hours. We will always obtain a receipt as proof of posting.

In the event that you select a business address we shall be deemed to have delivered the [product/gift] to its intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area of the business address and receiving from a duly authorised representative.

We will deliver to the address as you enter it and can not accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. Additional charges will be made for redirection or for re-delivery due to postcode error. We advise that if you are not sure of the address you should check it using the Post Office postcode and address finding service. We are unable to accept orders for delivery to any address containing a PO Box Number.

 

Europe [PLEASE NOTE: Due to the added changes presented by Covid-19 we regret we are unable to ship outside of the UK at present. UK Shipping only at present, our sincere apologies.

  • (22.06lb-44.09lb) or (£10-20kg) EU Mainland Shipping (Medium to Heavy) = £34.99

Rest of the world

As this is a UK business are unable to Deliver to the rest of the world.

EU Deliveries ; UK Shipping only at present, our sincere apologies. 

Gifts can be dispatched internationally, although local restrictions may apply. These are levied at the port of ingress on a 'consignment by consignment' basis and we cannot therefore predict if they will be charged and are unable to influence if and how these may be levied. You will be responsible for these charges as levied. We monitor the customs policies of individual countries and reserve the right to decline any orders to countries if we have concerns relating to the safe delivery of your gift or countries that are likely to impose restrictive duties.
